Conditions of carriage

Your ticket

A ticket is valid only for the passenger named on it and for the journey shown. Fare rules, including whether a ticket can be changed or refunded, are shown before you pay and are confirmed on your booking.

Check in and boarding

Check in closes, and boarding gates close, at the times shown on your itinerary. Passengers who arrive after those times may not be carried.

Delays and cancellations

If we cancel a flight, fail to operate it reasonably according to schedule, or you miss a connection on the same booking, we will carry you on our next available service or refund the unused portion of your fare.

Refusal to carry

We may refuse to carry a passenger where it is necessary for safety, where behaviour puts crew or other passengers at risk, or where travel documents for the destination are not in order.

Liability

Our liability for international carriage is governed by the applicable international conventions and by Sierra Leonean law.
