What we offer
Salary reviewed annually, medical cover for staff and immediate family, staff and family travel once we launch, and paid training time.
Nobody here inherits a process. You will help write the manual for your job, then train the person who takes it over. We hire for judgement and attitude, and we train hard for the rest.
Most roles are based at Freetown International Airport or our Freetown city office. Crew positions include accommodation support during training.

Each year we sponsor cadets from Sierra Leone through flight school or engineering licensing, with a place in the airline at the end of it. Applications open every January and close in March. Selection is on aptitude testing, medical clearance and interview, not on who you know.

Apply by email, a screening call, a role specific assessment, then a panel interview. Four steps, four weeks, an answer either way.
People who tell you about the problem early. In aviation, a small issue raised on time is worth more than a clever recovery later.
Send a CV and the role title to careers@saloneair.com. We do not charge any fee at any stage of recruitment, and no agent is authorised to collect one on our behalf.
